From the Herd:  “Sponge Bob Bowl Flop”!

OUCH!!!  Another hard BCS Bowl loss to a lower ranked team.  It really wasn’t a game.  But, me an emotional guy… I was yelling my head off one minute at OU Scores then almost crying the next because the next drive for WV was a touchdown.

Pregame hanging out with the Williams and others was a blast.  Eating some hotdogs, burgers, SPICY Beans (Thanks Alvin for that).

Our seats were a testament that there isn’t a bad seat in the house.  We were pretty high up… wait we were in the VERY LAST row.  Weird because we bought our tickets within minutes of the announcement that OU was to go to the Fiesta Bowl.  At least there wasn’t anyone sitting behind us.

Highlights:

• Spending time with “the boys”.
• Being AT a BCS bowl game.
• Seeing OU play LIVE.
• Sleeping on the way home.
• Witnessing a fight 5 rows in front.  (Kevin, this is the second fight I have seen with you in three game, we are 2 for 3)
• Watching the OU marching band dance to Michael Jackson “Thriller”.

Thank you David and Glenda for another bowl game experience.  I wouldn’t trade it ever!  Thank you for making this a tradition.  I am extremely thankful.
