Breaking down your processes into tangible actions/steps so that you can see, hopefully subjectively, what you need to DO to acheive your goal may help w/ accepting the offers of help. It will allow you to point to a certain step you've identified and say "actually, yes, you can do 'this' for me." You may also want to identify, along w/ each step, supportive roles others can play in order to help you with each step you've identified. The help may be running an errand for you so you are free to work on something else, to actually doing something that is part of the project, but I think either way, listing out these identifiable steps will clear the possible fog that is preventing you from seeing the ways in which people can help you.
IF it so happens that you need help even breaking down the big picture into smaller steps, I think you should look to someone in your community who has business experience or who you feel has the skills to assist you with creating a step-by-step approach to reaching the goals you need to reach and then once that is established, you'll know how and when to accept help.
